1. Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation before project work begins for a full refund.
Once work has commenced, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed, project progress, time invested, and resources allocated.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services may be non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

* Branding and logo design
* SEO services already performed
* Consulting sessions already completed
* Hosting or third-party software expenses
* Custom development work
3. Final Deliverables
Once final deliverables have been approved or delivered, refunds may no longer be available due to the custom nature of digital and creative services.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact BISMIR DESIGN LLC directly to seek resolution before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
